Our Whole Milk Yogurt
The beauty of our whole milk yogurt resides in the thick cultured cream layer that forms at the top of each container. The color of this layer can vary from a light yellow to a deep golden orange depending on the season.
We sell four delicious flavors of our whole milk yogurt, Plain, Maple, Vanilla and Lemon. Original Plain, the most popular, embodies the quality and care that goes into each and every batch of yogurt we produce. It has a traditional European taste and texture.
Whole Milk Maple and Whole Milk Vanilla are also popular. Original Vanilla is made with pure organic vanilla extract, and pure organic maple syrup, while the only added ingredient in Original Maple is organic maple syrup. Grade “B” means that it has a darker color and stronger maple flavor then its lighter, more delicately flavored grade “A” counterpart.
Our newest flavor is Whole Milk Lemon. Organic lemon extract is added to our pasteurized milk to create a gratifying citrus flavor that will leave you feeling refreshed!
When our yogurt leaves the farm it has a firm consistency. But, because we don’t add artificial thickeners, this texture can be easily disturbed. Some customers enjoy shaking their containers until yogurt is in a more liquid state. If you wish to maintain a firmer product, here are some simple rules to live by: Always keep your yogurt refrigerated; allowing it to warm up will create a looser consistency. Avoid dropping, shaking, stirring or turning the container upside-down. If handled correctly, an unopened, properly refrigerated quart of our yogurt can last well past its sell-by date.
Our Low Fat Yogurt
Our two low-fat yogurt flavors are plain and maple. Like whole milk plain, our customers often prefer low-fat plain because its simple, yet delicious taste is a testament to the stand-alone quality of our yogurt. Plain yogurt is also an excellent choice for those of you who prefer to add your own favorite sweeteners or flavors.
For those of you looking for a lighter product that still satisfies your sweet tooth, our low-fat maple yogurt is the answer. The only extra ingredient added is organic, grade “B” maple syrup. Grade “B” means that it has a darker color and stronger maple flavor then its lighter, more delicately flavored grade “A” counterpart.

Organic Cream
Grade A pasteurized organic cream, Gluten free, unhomogenized and BPA free.
Response has been great for our vat pasteurized, not ultra pasteurized, heavy whipping cream. The lower temperature process gives the cream properties closer to that of raw cream, an attribute that has area chefs and bakers particularly enthusiastic.
Whether you pour it into your morning cup of coffee or use it to garnish your favorite after-dinner treat, our cream’s rich, mouthwatering taste will leave you dreaming for more. We also highly recommend using this product to make homemade butter. There really isn’t anything quite like homemade butter (especially during the pasture season when the cream has a rich golden color and particularly exquisite flavor).
Making our cream available has long been a goal. Recent improvements in our processing plant have finally made it possible. However, we have a relatively limited amount of excess cream (most of our yogurt is made from whole milk). We do not anticipate distributing cream as widely as we do Seven Stars Farm Yogurt.
